GreenLine Conversations© brings together the experience of over 50 years of leadership and organizational change work with blue-chip multi-nationals via its two founders, Ian McClean and Blair Steinbach. The business has grown organically and steadily over the last few years through word-of-mouth referral and now operates with a truly international reach. Throughout this time we have continued to refine the content and learning tools in response to clients’ feedback. In recent years, and especially since the economic crisis, the area of rebuilding trust and effectively managing performance through conversation – not calibration – has become not just a training issue but also a primary business issue. This has seen the demand for what GreenLine Conversations offers increase exponentially.
